Because most of our products are custom-made and engraved, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

📸 Please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

We'll review your claim and either issue a replacement or a store credit.
